What counts as an emergency
- Active water leak — burst pipe, water heater rupture, fixture flooding
- No heat in winter — furnace failure, boiler failure, frozen pipes risk
- No AC in summer heat — particularly with elderly, infants, or pets at home
- Electrical safety — sparking outlets, burning smell, repeated breaker trips, no power to part of the home
- Sewer backup — drains backing up into the home
- Gas leak smell — get out of the house first, then call utility, then call us
What happens when you call
Dispatch picks up 24/7 — including holidays, weekends, and middle of the night. You will describe what is going on, dispatch will give you an arrival window, and a technician will be on the way with the right tools and parts for the call.
Pricing for emergency calls
You see the price before the work begins, same as a regular service call. There is no surprise pricing on an emergency.
