It is a deep, four-stage restoration of your AC and furnace — cleaning, testing, replacing out-of-spec parts, sealing ductwork, and adding ongoing protection. The goal is to bring an aging-but-not-dead system back to factory-fresh performance, so you do not have to spend $14,000+ on a full replacement.
How do I know if my system qualifies?
The $59 assessment is exactly what determines that. A Smith technician inspects your AC and furnace, runs a complete performance and combustion analysis, and gives you an honest verdict: rejuvenate (and how long it will likely buy you) or replace (with options laid out from premium to economical).
What does the 5-year parts & labor warranty cover?
If your system qualifies for Rejuvenation and we complete the full Signature Series process, the restored system is backed by five years of parts and labor coverage on the components we touched. It is the kind of warranty you would expect on new equipment — at a fraction of the cost.
Is the $59 applied toward the Rejuvenation cost?
Yes. If you decide to proceed with the full Rejuvenation, your $59 assessment is credited back. If we determine your system genuinely needs replacement, you have a thorough professional diagnosis for $59 — far less than most "free" estimates that come with high-pressure sales.
How long does the Rejuvenation take?
Most Rejuvenations are completed in a single day. We schedule it at your convenience and leave your home as we found it. The assessment itself usually runs about an hour.
What if I am told I need to replace, but I want a second opinion?
That is exactly what this assessment exists for. Many homeowners who were quoted a full replacement elsewhere qualify for Rejuvenation — saving $13,000+ and keeping a perfectly serviceable system in their home for years longer.
